what is a bodega?
A bodega is a small, often family-owned, grocery store or convenience store.
Bodegas are generally smaller than larger grocery stores and often situated on street corners or in residential areas.
Many bodegas are run by the owners themselves, giving them a more personal and community-focused feel.

A lifelong service industry professional, I have served my community for nearly 20 years. I have managed staff, had control of inventory and product purchasing, worked for multifaceted hotel and hospitality groups and most recently worked for The Grey Restaurant. All of my experiences have led me to this point. I started Goodfortune Market to continue to do the work that brings me the most joy.
